Q1. What is your term of payment?
A: Usually, we accept T/T, irrevocable L/C at sight. For regular orders, we prefer 30% in advance, 70% against the copy of B/L. For long term business relations, we have more advantage terms for payment.
Q2.What is your terms of delivery?
A: We accept FOB, CIF, DDU, DDP etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost-effective for you.
Q3: What is the lead time?
A: It usually takes 15 to 35 days after sample confirmation and
receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends
on the items and the quantity of your order. If the item was
nonstandard, we have to consider extra 10-15 days.
Q4: Can you produce according to the drawings?
A: We can accept customers’ customization, but we need to
communicate with our engineers about the production.
Q5: Can you use the spare parts that customers specify the brand?
A: We are very willing to accept the spare parts that customers
specify the brand to product assembling, but we need to charge some assembling cost.
